工作经历

现任郑州大学河南省资源与材料工业技术研究院教授。

长期从事微细粒界面调控及高效分选动力学基础研究及技术开发工作,基于浮选过程中颗粒微尺度效应及选择性絮凝的强化方法,开发了基于强效搅拌和活性微泡发生的难选煤煤泥过程强化分选工艺;提出了微细粒分选的流体动力学过程强化方法,开发了基于“多段强制混合调浆-多旋流分选-管流矿化”的过程强化技术与装备。成果应用于铜、铅、锌、钨等金属矿及萤石、重晶石等非金属矿高效分选,稀缺中煤回收,粉煤灰未燃炭脱除等。
